People often tell me they feel deeply seen and safe to work with me. I guide with sensitivity and clear structure, so that transformation becomes grounded and anchored into real life.

I'm a listener — but not in the traditional sense. I have the ability to deeply listen to the story your life is telling: in between the lines, in the pauses of your breath, in the movement and in the tension of your body — helping uncover what’s been hidden under the layers.

The gift I bring is my presence, so that you can slow down and begin listening to the truth that has always been inside — muffled by the loudness of our world.

I've been lost and found my way more times than I can count. I don't know your way nor can I walk your path, yet I’ve traveled in many costumes. Whether if you’re a seeker or a skeptic, in health or in healing, courageous or worn out by life, I will be your compass, pointing the way to your True North.

I've trained extensively in the practices that have been most transformational in my own journey. I'm a certified breathwork facilitator in Psychedelic Breath® and Transformational Breath®, and a somatic practitioner in MER — Myofascial Energetic Release. I'm also a certified hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner, with deep knowledge of homeopathy and astrology.

I'm a founding member of Breath & Body Wisdom — a new breath and bodywork school based in Italy.
